Here they are both at my house. And here is they are 4 hours later at home. Little one fast asleep. awwww.
I love my hobby. I got to help a mama with her beautiful 5week old little boy today. She wasn't sure what sort of sling she wanted to try/use. Had used a babasling but not got on with it. But after trying a variety of wraps, ssc's your decided on a very special ring sling. This ring sling was part of my collection of wraps but had it converted to a ring sling by the fantastic Kerry @ www.ocah.co.uk . I then donated it to the library as we didn't have many ring slings. Here they are both at my house. And here is they are 4 hours later at home. Little one fast asleep. awwww. So here are a couple of photos.

I was lucky enough to be made a Boba Ambassador in December 2011 so thought I'd share a couple of the links I've found on their website. I'm often asked 1) Doesn't it hurt your back and 2) is babywearing ok for the baby. So here are 2 lovely articles that explain it clearly for you.
For question 1: http://www.bobafamily.com/blog/2011/11/06/how-not-to-hurt-your-back-when-carrying-your-baby-in-a-carrier/ For question 2: http://www.bobafamily.com/blog/2011/10/02/how-your-babys-body-is-adapted-to-being-carried/ As someone who has recently managed to prolapse a disc in their spine even the physio has been recommending that I carry the wee man for a few minutes everyday in an attempt to help fix my back. oh and if you want to see one of the benefits of me becoming a Boba Ambassador, have a look at the Boba 3g (tweet) in Asian Based Carriers that I was given. |
