Payment Methods
We accept payment by PayPal, debit and credit card (via PayPal) and Bank Transfer. We offer the option to pay in person and offer sling demo of your new sling or carrier if required. You may pay by cash, cheque or card (via PayPal here) if paying in person. Goods will not be posted until payment has cleared.
Returns and Delivery Policies
All items will be posted 2nd Class recorded delivery. I aim to post the same day as item ordered, but will post next working day if not.
Faulty Items
Firstly I want to apologise if you receive a faulty item. In the event you receive an item which is faulty please notify us immediately either by phone on 0191 3789768 or email. We are happy to send a replacement or full refund including postage. Please post via a signed for service as we cannot be responsible if items fail to arrive.
Unwanted Items
If you decide you do not want an item you have up to 7 working days from date of receiving item to notify us that you wish to return it (EU Distance Selling Directive 97/7). If you notify us after the 7 day period you will be charged a restocking fee of £8 (equivalent to hiring sling from us and repackaging). Items must be returned with original packaging, labels, accessories and instructions as in new condition. If goods are not in new condition they are seen as being accepted by you. If it is not in new condition or outside the 7 days I am happy to direct you to preloved For Sale or Trade markets if you decide you want to sell it on.

After Sales Support
I am a trained Babywearing Consultant and as such am dedicated to offering everyone the opportunity to carry their babies big and small comfortably and safely. I only stock slings and carriers which I have used and love. Therefore I am happy to offer after sales help in a variety of ways.

We will not use your information for any other purpose than the fulfilment of your order. We will only share your details with those involved in fulfilment of your order for items which are dispatched direct from distributors. We will never sell or share your information with any other groups or for any other purpose.
